switzerland if you like tranquility and privacy. Amsterdam if you like parties and fun. Prague if you like hot women. Depends on what you need |

Kiev, Ukraine would be a good place to live. But if you dont have a job there than more than likely it wont be a pleasent stay.
U would also need to know the language [Ukranian or Russian] to live there because not everyone speaks English.
And if you are not used to living with transportation as busses and metro, than you would not have an easy time living there. |

I would say the Netherlands probably has to be the best country to live in, its small and cute and dutch people are amazing and its super liberal and all that stuff.
My favourite city that I visited while I was there was Budapest, Hungary, but not really sure what living there would be like. |
