Been easier to give an answer if you said where you were going from. If you're in the South East I'd say Eurostar to Brussels then a local train to Amsterdam. Alternatively a ferry from Dover to Ostende then train from there. If you're in the North there are various ferry services to Zebrugge in the Netherlands then a train from there to Amsterdam. If you are near Luton or Liverpool then there may well be a dirt cheap Easyjet deal. Travelocity will tell you but only you know your starting point.

There might be an airline flight that is cheep. I think the cheapest is like $300. There are some flights that are $500. You could try www.continental.com They have some cheap deals.

ok first of all amsterdam is the most amazing place i dont care if ur gonna get stoned or not but its just a rly fun experience.....the easiest way to get there is to fly with KLM (works wiht NWA) there a great airline to go with but make sure u get ur seats reserved becasue i already had problems twice and they told me i didnt have a seat and they split my family up ......check in 24 hours before ur flight:)

But you are going to visit the RLD.

Lucky for you, I live there!

I think the cheapest way to get there is hitchhiking, or going by plane.
