Did you try:

http://www.lastminute.com

The cheapest and most dangerous way would have to be hitch hiking.

Check out www.tripadvisor.com.
This should help.

I'd recommend looking at one of the discount airlines. I am pretty sure RyanAir doesn't go to Budapest, but EasyJet does.

You might be able to find something cheaper traveling via motorcoaches, but you'll be wasting a lot of time that you could be someplace.

i think walking or cycling but that is not very feasible i would just look for cheap flights on easyjet or something

echo c
check out the cheap airlines - easyjet, ryanair, bmi etc. etc. - there is bound to be something; also do a web search for cheap flights - you never know ...

if you can't get all the way there - check out train links from city to city - they might have some good deals

even if it's more expensive than other options, you save loads of time (which you can then use to earn more money to pay for it)
:-)

Get deported.

Alternatively, there must be lots of lorries with hidden compartments that are going back empty.
