Hi,
I visited Turkey almost three years ago now. The people were very friendly. The landscape was a mixture of sparse vegetation, mountains and the surreal (Capadoccia). It has many historic sites, both ancient (Troy and others) and modern. You can also go to Mediterranean resorts if that is what you like. Almost everyone that I met spoke English although the shop signs are in Turkish.
Since then I met a Turkish lady and she is very thoughtful and kind.
I would like to visit again. |

More than 20 Million people visit Turkey each year, so that should give you a small clue about Turkey. What ever you want, you can find in Turkey.
You want history: Trojan War, first know city, first human build church,Noah's ark, history of more than 20 civilization, etc.
Sight seeing: Turkey surrounded by three seas which are Aegean Sea, Black sea, Mediterranean sea.
İstanbul, a city of two continent. Half of it is in Europe and the other is in Asia. Thinking of this should excited you, think about being here.. Good Luck
