Geneva. There is no competition.
Expensive, dreary, full of ghastly UN workers and their families, tired looking.
This is a wealthy city resting on its laurals. It doesn't need to attract people, people will come anyway, for NGO work, CERN or multinationals taking advantage of new tax laws. |

It's probably that one somewhere in Scotland that consists of a house and a cathedral,nothing more,since having a cathedral is the requisite for being considered a city,at least in the U.K. , I believe.I hope someone can tell us more about this place(since I'm sure there's lots to tell) and whether or not other countries in Europe have the same definition of a city? |
