Guanabana....or soursop fruit
I had that in Costa Rica. I ordered a milkshake and the waitress suggested a number of fruits I had never heard of. So, she took me to the garden and showed me various. I really liked the word guanabana and I couldn't believe its delicious taste.
Eventhough it looked liked the famous smelly dorian of SE Asian countries, it had nothing in common except the size.
Comparisons of its flavour range from strawberry and pineapple mixed together to sour citrus flavour notes contrasting with an underlying creamy roundness of flavour reminiscent of coconut or banana. The fruit is somewhat difficult to eat, as the white interior pulp is studded with many large seeds, and pockets of soft flesh are bounded by fibrous membranes. The guanabana is therefore usually juiced rather than eaten directly.

It has to be Guava when I was in the caribbean, If you didn't know the Guava is the most nutritive fruit with most properties its has all the vitamines (except B12 which is only founded in the meat fish eggs etc) just a glass of guava juice is recomended to rise up your hemoglobine and all your defenses thats what my doctor said and I sugest you to try it, its delicious and healthy I say its miracolous I had my hemoglobine around 10 It was very low and I felt weak always sick I caught the flu easily since I taste the guava my hemoglobine is always up to 16 and I feel great!!!!

Pawpaw, I had it here, bought from Woolworths! How exotic is that :) The taste was very very (actually too sweet for my liking) sweet but also had this tangy after-taste, the same as passion fruit. The most amazing thing is it's texture, it feels almost velvety in your mouth, not like a fresh fruit at all. I really didn't like it. But I know its supposedly awesome for skin. I did think it seemed like a prehistoric fruit, for some reason. The texture was really quite different for me, although it only looks like a melon.

@ Im me who are you - I noticed u said u were Kurdish in another thread, which I find hard to believe, because u sound filthy mouthed - we're talking about fruit here, y do u have to turn it into something dirty? Mango, avocado and pineapple. They are all available where I live but the best were in Mexico, Riviera Playa.
Mango was the best tasting by far, so sweet and soothing.
Actually I just had a canned mango today, it was great!

I've had some in the Amazon river last year and I don't even know most of their names. But for sure, I will not eat anything I don't know anymore. Some of them were the worst and some of them were the best I've ever eaten.

They are very different looking to most fruits and they are pinky/spiky before u peel them.

The inside reminds me of sperm and the texture is soft, blurry whitish colour.

rambutan similar to lychees in taste. dragonfruit very sweet. mangosteen i love this fruit not like any other well known fruit. had them all in asia.

I've eaten mango, avocado, pineapple, cactus fig, lotus, quince... can't remember anything else.

I didn't like cactus fig at all. Not only can you easily swallow the little thorns that it has on its surface if you don't peel it well, but it also tastes quite bad. Lotuses have an "interesting" taste, but strangely your mouth is numbed when you eat them... don't know why that happens. Quinces are better eaten baked. Mango tastes sort of like peach, pineapple is way too sweet for me.

The Korean fruit of paradise. It tasted a little sweet, a little salty and was slick and smooth. I ate it in some bedroom at a party.
