What is the most poor and uncivilized neighbour of Greece: Albania, FYROM, Bulgaria or Turkey?

What do you mean by that "uncivilised"? They are all civilised, they're not some cannibal tribes, for God's sake.

As for which country is the poorest, you would have to check some economical figures, but I'm sure it's not Turkey.

If you read the answers of the people in Sections-Greek, Other Europe and Turkey, for a couple of weeks, you'll see that being poor does not necessarily mean that you are uncivilized.
Greece was poor once but Greeks weren't uncivilized for that reason.
Bulgaria is a poor country,but it's inhabitants aren't uncivilized at all.
Personaly,I appriciate poor people that are hard workers and respect themselves, even if they are not educated.

I really think that the worst of our neighbors is FYROM, because they don't want to give a chance to reality,they are unable to find another thing to 'hold' their national pride than a lie, they are trapped!
I've red some sites of them in the net.All of them are full of implications that some kind of 'power' is hidden behind their misfortune and the unproven claims, this shed of mystery and conspiracies, the idea that EVERYONE WANTS TO HARM THEM and EVERYONE IS GETTING BUSY WITH THEM.
Everyone is responsible for our fate but us, when we should focus at our own selves.
The external super powers do not support us, a bad neighbor, who has everything he wants, when he doesn't deserve it and without being better than us!
I'm sorry if some people don't like it, but this is my opinion and I don't intend to insult anybody.

Dont look what the statistics say
Its because Kofi Anan is Greek and they are doing us a favor.
Or maybe because Karamanlis (he was like Michael Jackson before but after roo many plastics he became white) treat a frape to the IMF-man.

Of course you are right. The national garment of Turkey is the arab kelebya, and men wear also that white piece of cloth on their heads, attached with black rope rings.
Women live in harems, dancing belly dances for their Sultan, and instead of cars they have only camels parked outside their houses. They even use camels as taxis.
They all live in tents in the desert, near an oasis, where they get their water from.
They sleep on woolen arabian carpets, and they still adore Laurence of Arabia, mentioning him in their prayers five times daily, when they pray lying on prayer carpets they carry along in their hands or on the camel.
Oh, I must not forget, they eat only darts and sometimes coconuts, and they keep crocodiles at their homes as pets.

The poorest is Fyrom from all of them,then Albania,then Bulgaria.

Actually Turkey has they biggest economy of all,but Greece has the bigger per capita economy..

I didn't understand in which terms exactly you mean uncivilized.

Yes, maybe Macedonia is poor country, at list we are not soo uncivilized to post questions againts our neighbours:) That counts more, my dear greek friend!
And civilization you canot by with money, that's heritage from your ancestors!

the most poor country of course is turkey but albania and fyrom are poor too! greece historically have no good relations with anyone of her neighboor! with albania because in epirus they killed many greeks and because the Greek minority in albania(north epirus) is without freedom with bulgaria because they wanted until 1950 to take from greeks the macedonia and they killed many greeks to thrace! with turkey because.................................... if i start i will end tomorrow! with former yugoslavic republic of m because they want to stole our macedonian-greek history! but today have perfect relationship with bulgaria! also have good relationship with turkey and albania! with fyrom the relationship is aw-full!

I think you will find this development chart speaks for it's self..as you can see greece is on a very high level of development with a steady pace....but you can judge for your self about the other countrys you mentioned..
