It's Moldova definately, the poverty out there is bad. 1/4 of Moldovans go abroad to find work, leaving family behind and then send them money etc.. |

Moldova is probably the poorest. If kosovo was a country, it would be right down there. Belarus and Bosnia are fairly poor too.
Edit-Kosovo unconstitutionally declared independance yes, only 57/192 United Nations states have recognized Kosovo as a country, we're just agreeing with the majority here. |

First of all Kosovo is a country, it declared its independance on February 17th 2008 and yes it would be one of the poorest in europe. Some of you guys are just greek racists so thats why you state that it isnt. Moldova is actually the poorest with about 1/3 PPP of albania, so its definently not albania. |
