It is forbidden, also public nudity is forbidden apart from nudist beaches.
If you are caught, you get arrested, go to court, and probably get a sentence of jail that you can pay - you don't actually go to jail, but pay the equivalent in money. |

You get arrested, but that also depends on who will see you, and in what place you are doing the act... Some people might be indifferent about it, others might take a peek, but if even one is offended and call the police, well it is jail time for you.
For example doing it at the beach at night, is way more safe in that aspect(except you may bump to a pervert, but that's another point...) than doing it in the city square at daylight, the second is absolutely certain that you will get arrested. Frankly the more you want to provoke, the higher your chances are to get arrested.
And i don't know the details of how long you get arrested or if you go into trial. |
