What kind of simple Greek foods...?

i have a little class project that i have to do, and we're supposed to bring in a type of greek food for everyone to share.
i thought about olive oil w/ roasted garlic and bread, or "pummus" ( i dont know how to spell it...sorry), but i figured everyone else is already going to bring those...
and lamb. but that would be kind of expensive if i wanted to share it with everyone. so. do you have any ideas? i'd like it to be simple, too...haha not like something i have to go to greece to buy or anything.

and also...i have to do a persona of hestia. i have no idea what to do except for a sheet...ideas??
Additional Details
oh. haha. and besides hummus and pita bread. lol sorry.

baklava!! it's delicious!! and supposedly easy to make:

INGREDIENTS
--1 (16 ounce) package phyllo dough
--1 pound chopped nuts OR honey roasted sunflower seeds for nut allergies
--1 cup butter
--1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
--1 cup water
--1 cup white sugar
--1 teaspoon vanilla extract
--1/2 cup honey

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C). Butter the bottoms and sides of a 9x13 inch pan.
Chop nuts and toss with cinnamon. Set aside. Unroll phyllo dough. Cut whole stack in half to fit pan. Cover phyllo with a dampened cloth to keep from drying out as you work. Place two sheets of dough in pan, butter thoroughly. Repeat until you have 8 sheets layered. Sprinkle 2 - 3 tablespoons of nut mixture on top. Top with two sheets of dough, butter, nuts, layering as you go. The top layer should be about 6 - 8 sheets deep.
Using a sharp knife cut into diamond or square shapes all the way to the bottom of the pan. You may cut into 4 long rows the make diagonal cuts. Bake for about 50 minutes until baklava is golden and crisp.
Make sauce while baklava is baking. Boil sugar and water until sugar is melted. Add vanilla and honey. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Remove baklava from oven and immediately spoon sauce over it. Let cool. Serve in cupcake papers. This freezes well. Leave it uncovered as it gets soggy if it is wrapped up.

"A Greek favorite that makes everyone think you are a master chef and is sooo easy to make!! The phyllo dough for this recipe is found in the freezer section of most grocery stores. Add a little lemon zest to the sugar sauce, if desired."

and Hestia is the goddess of the hearth fire and family (imagine family gathered around fireplace). :)

bring sparking grape juice to act as "wine."
You could try stuffed grape leaves, but that might be too inconvenient to make.
You could make falafels, or a bean salad.

PrettyInPink23
bring tzatziki (spelling?) sauce and pita bread

http://www.squidoo.com/greeksalad im greek so anything with lamb or olive oil. also baklava. it seems as tho everyone would do things with lamb and olive oil but those are main ingredients. your idea is great.. personally i would suggest you to bring a cow.. present them and tell them to eat( they have to cook first).. animal is great food. we all eat them.. in cow market, you will see hundred thousand cows.. months after, there are no more cows.. people eat them all. it is just one cow.. not enough but still something is better than nothing..good luck on your greek food festival:)
