Greatest Strength - My Love
I work better, am more personable and am more productive. It is the one thing that motivates me to live.

Greatest Weakness - My Love
Without it I lose the drive for work and procrastinate, am grumpy and not fun to be around with and am not productive. Losing that will is the only thing that can be reason for my slow earthly demise.

Sorry, I admit it. I can't live without love.

Weakness? I don't trust very easily. I'm afraid of getting hurt (which is generally justified by experience). And I don't (can't) forget hurts for a long time. But it works two ways. When I have done wrong, I don't forget that, either, and feel sorry for a long time. See? It sucks to be me.

Strength... I can say my self-confidence, I guess. I have to stress that it is not vanity. I loathe vanity. Only, I can accept myself the way that I am, with all the strengths and weaknesses, and trust me, it makes life all the more easier and happier.

Weakness would be my lack of athletic knowledge. My strength would be my academics.

Funny how often it's the same quality.

Strength: my ability to see other people's point of view, and to see why they hurt and truly understand and sympathize. I'm such a good listener that I get stuck hearing some really crazy stuff sometimes.

Weakness: I'm not able to disagree with people the way I ought to sometimes in my job, because I can always see the other person's point of view and why they think something ought to happen a certain way.

I guess a secondary strength that I've learned is the ability to talk a situation toward a compromise, from both angles. Maybe I should be a diplomat when I grow up? :)
