I have taken a lot of difficult decisions in my life as all of you. But the most important (not the most difficult) decision was before 10 years when I saw a 20 years old boy, in my job environment to be taking drugs. I had two choices. The first one was to accuse him which was easy quick and good solution for me and the second choice was trying to stop him without telling nothing to anyone...taking a lot of risk with my job. I took my decision and ten years later, he is married with a 2 years old child, he has a good job, he never was on drugs since that time and every 15th Jan (the day I saw him to be on drugs) he call me to say thanks! |

The other one was about one of my clients. He wanted to pay half of the invoice and the rest after custom clearence in his country. In the end I decided to accept and send the goods. Now he is my best and the most reliable buyer. (Sometimes it is good to take the risk) |
