I have had some brilliant holidays abroad. I loved Goa so much we went back the following year, but the best holiday I have had has got to be Egypt the first week we did the Nile cruise. As well as explaining about all the different temples our Egyptologist entertained us with the stories that accustomed them such as how a woman new she was pregnant, she ate loads of garlic and a woman would smell her bits and pieces if she smelt garlic she wasn`t pregnant but if she couldn`t smell it that meant there was a blockage which in turn meant she was pregnant. we sailed on a felluca round Kitchener island, and when we went through the lock at Esna it was amazing to see all these cruise ships all queued up waiting to go through. we went to The Valley of the Kings it was hard to imagine how they dug them all out.
The second week we had a fairly relaxing week staying in Elgouna on the red sea to give us time to come back down to earth |

Kilifi Creek, Mombasa, Kenya, and we took in a safari too, stopping at Sataou Lodge, Tsavo East.....fantastic! Its so sad whats happening in Kenya at the moment, because it is a truly beautiful country, with wonderful people!! |

That's tough I have had many amazing trips. I have especially fond memories of my first trip abroad to Austria. But really I guess it was my year backpacking around the world - can't really top that! |
