Magaluff definitely.
So much to do with the mojority of tourists being you're age.
Meaning not only can you mix with them but Magaluf
will have plenty of stuff to keep the young and lively occupied.
Watersports, clubs, theme parks, beachs (obviously), excursions to suit you're interests etc.
My friends went to magaluf roughly the same ages as you guys last year and absolutely loved it. Cried when it was time to come home.
Other places you could try depending on you're budget are:
Ibiza
Malia (Crete, Greece)
Kardamena (Kos, Greece)
Aiya Napa (Cyprus)
Zante (Zakynthos, Greece)
Cancun (Mexico)
Thailands supposed to be amazing too..especially for partying.
