If you're from the Philippines, don't believe what that dumb actress has been saying about Turkey. The capital is Ankara and not Istanbul and yes, there is a Philippine embassy there.

If you're not from there, then the capital is Ankara, Istanbul is just more well known. ^_^

Ankara it used to be Istanbul but Ataturk moved his government there when the British occupied Istanbul for five years after WWI and arrested most of the elected government.
