In Bulgaria where I live the summer holidays start in May till September, but in Warmer places like South Spain for example you can go on holiday in end of March. So you have to specify your question to the land you want to spend your vacation.

Depends. You have to be in school for 180 days so just take a calendar, and count when you started school. Cout 180 days. In PA we get out June. Or just ask your teacher tomorrow.
