If you are traveling there then you should try getting travel book like Let's Go or Lonely Planet. If you are moving as an expat then try some of the relocation wedsite so college sites. The Moscow Times has some good info www.themoscowtimes.com. But really you are going to get faster results from going to google and typing in Moscow and travel or something like that.

bookshops sell guides to most countries/cities in the world they are very good and provide good imformation hope that helps

Try www.passportmagazine.ru (or .com) it's an english-language magazine for foreigners in Moscow. They have maps, articles, restaurant descriptions, and little Russian lessons :)

You can also find a person from Russia on MySpace or such and ask questions :-)

Good luck
