You can find camels in zoos. Try the Ankara Zoo or the DarÄ±ca Zoo near Istanbul. There are a handful of camels in touristic resorts, which are kept there just as show.

As for friendly, I don't know such a camel exists. The star of Terry Pratchett's book Pyramids is a camel and his name is Evil Hearted SOB.

And lastly Turkey is a Turkish country.

Turkey is not an Arabic country, it is a Turkic country. It does have camels, and you might try Cappadocia. Otherwise, you should try Jordan, where you can go on camel trekking holidays in the desert and valleys. Or in Egypt you could go to Sinai and go up Mount Sinai on a camel.

turkish are not de only people with turk race, because in central asia there are some countries with turc languaje
