I also say Malta! Beautiful from what I've heard, mediterranean, and is as near-native to english native speakers as you could get. A friend of mine even went there to take an English course and had a great time, met lots of fun people too. look into it....have a great time!

go to Sweden, it's not true that in Scandinavia you can not get sunburn. just go to south part of this country, near Baltyk. 80% of Swedish population can speak English very good ( like all Scandinavians)
