Granada, Mid South Spain. You have the best of both worlds, a ski resort and an amazing city. Also you are only just over an hour to the beaches. Its the Sierra Nevada 12,000' up - totally amazing. |

I'd go with St. Petersburg. Guaranteed snow, temps around -8 C and it's a really, really beautiful city in winter and of course, lots of history and culture. |
