Sun and beaches: the island of Ibiza (Balearic Islands belonging to Spain) or the French Riviera: Cannes, Nice , Monaco. History and art: Florence, Italy and Rome Italy. Medieval cities : Belgium : Gent, Brugge, Antwerp, Brussels.
Pot and sleaze: some parts of Amsterdam. Romance and l'amour: Paris. Bon voyage ladies.

Spain is always good. Anywhere in Spain really....This would be my favorite place.
I also like the greek island of Santorini.

Bodrum, Turkey has good nightlife, a lot of history, and beautiful sea/watersports etc. It will be very hot in July/August though.

portugal is good, and supposed to be good value for money. lots of history, good food and drink, sun and sea. what more could a girl want - yes you'll probably find fit guys too - dark and handsome...

I went on a Summer Europe Contiki trip with a bunch of girls my age ( around 19-23) and we went to London, Paris, Switzerland, Austria, and Italy. All of those places are great for young females, as long as you stay in a group. If you are going to be just with girls in Italy, I would stay in a public place. London and Paris is great. You can take the tube or a taxi and there is tons of nightlife. If you are worried about safety or being able to see the right tourist spots, I would definitely recommend looking at contiki.com. I would recommend either Ibiza, Greek Islands or Italy. No one thinks there is any history on Ibiza but there is loads tons in fact. Alternatively Barcelona is a great option as it has it all!

Greeks islands are okay but be very careful where you stay better to be slightly away from the main nightlife so you can get some sleep. Italy is fantastic because it has great culture but it is more civilised nightlife so if you are looking for more of a party animal style thing its a no no.

I highly recommend Czech Republic, it just fits all what you're looking for.. As for nightlife, well, I think that's something I need to learn more about.

MALIA in CRETE. you can find any type of party you could want (foam party/themed etc) also there are loads of water-sports,beaches and thrill rides bungee/catapults, and its pretty cheap too. whatever you would want from partying hard to relaxing and recovering on a quiet beach.! have fun!!
