It is not too far from the UK - in Scandinavia along with Denmark, Finland and Norway.
Suggest you go to Gothenburg - easily the nicest city in Sweden. Mind you it is expensive - hope you don't drink - the price of a beer will make you ears bleed.

Kirstih
Sweden is in North Europe near Finland.

Sweden is located on the east side of the Scandinavian Peninsula in North Europe. It is bound by Finland, the Gulf of Bothnia and the Baltic Sea to the east, Kattegat to the southwest and Norway to the west and northwest.

Yup, sure is. Just down the road from Univ of Kentucky main campus, can't miss it, although one of the lights are burned out on the sign, but you can still easily make out the name "Sweden _ouse". IMHO, though, the food quality has really gone downhill lately.
