Well, Mykonos is for one but Athens have some great places too. The thing with the Greeks is that they don't seem to care as long as you don't rub it too much in their faces. I remember snogging a lad some years a go in a club in the middle of nowhere in northern greece and nobody bated an eyelid!!! For days I was afraid someone will grass me up to mother but thank god nothing happened. So go on an have fun, they do tend to turn a blind eye for the foreigners as well!!!! just don't push your luck!!!!

Definitely Mykonos. Cities such as Athens & Thessaloniki have their gay scene too, but generally anywhere in Greece is ok. Being too obvious in some places may get you in trouble, but that's usually from some homophobic Brits!
