Belgrade (Serbia) is a good destination for you.
See,it is well-known that the best european night life is in Belgrade,and everything is very cheap,a beer costs about 0.80eur,and it has a nice countryside.

If you can deal with cool weather, check out Tallinn, Estonia.
You don't say where you are from, but the flights aren't dirt cheap. It's around 175 from London, but the place is pretty inexpensive once you get there.

The food is good. It's a fairytale medieval town and the place is overrun with gorgeous people....models everywhere. The nightlife is legendary. A lot of friendly locals.

There are great places to stay in Old Town that are cheap.

Go to oktoberfest, its pretty much all over the lower DE. it matters where u are though. also u could go to italy but that is rather expensive. Milan is the best though. Or take Ryan air to one of the other cities like i do. it cost like 15-30 euros each. they have good flights to and from the UK. Have fun.

That is easy ... Krakow in Poland. Just got back. Cheap frequent flights, fab nightlife, gorg people, lots of variety in food and cheap as chips!! J
