Europe has many different countries - look on a map. Each country has its own capital. Are you talking about the European Union rather than Europe?
As far as Brazil is concerned - unless there has been some radical re-distribution of land mass, Brazil is part of South America |

Like I said on the other question,
It doesnt need a capital because it is just a name for a group of countries. |

l don't like the idea so much .. but l were forced to say something, l would say Copenhagen
It's clean, friendly, ecological, invironmentally friendly and l think it should be a good example for every country.

European Union?
They should measure it and choose the place which is slap bang in the centre!
:-)
Which is what they should do with more country capitals too. |

If we're talking about the EU, then there already is a de facto capital: Brussels (Bruxelles).
But in there ever was a need to put a EU capital on the map then I think that it should be a place that wouldn't bring any advantages/disadvantages to the EU member states. I think that the capital should be in the European geographical center, that way no one could disagree with that. Or maybe just change it every 6 months... |

Andorra, Leichtenstein or Luxemburg as they are too small to be a threat to the vanity of the 'big boys' |

there shouldnt be one or else there would be a massive kick off as to why that country was chosen and no one else |

In Helsinki because it's the most peaceful and cleanest capital in Europe. Brussels is good too. |

Liverpool is already the capital of Europe in my mind. |

Hamburg would be a great choice - no capital of a member state, international, city state ... in the center of Europe ..... open minded .... close to Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Warsaw, Berlin ..... and the most exciting city I know´.
Berlin sucks ... too many Communists and Nazis...too violent
Paris is too expensive
Bern Switzerland is not part of the EU |

In Brussels, because it is the city where the European Parliament is and most EU institutions, it is central and it is
easily accessible from London, Paris, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. |

There won't be one, but if there was I would pick Skegness.
Robert I think you will find BERLIN is the capital of the unified Germany, Bonn was the capital of the now defunct BRD. |
|

Pleasant Peter Perkins

I think Berlin. It is the symbol of the old east/west division and since Bonn is the capital of Germany, it would only be the capital of Europe. |
