Well I would surely choose Washington. Its the capital of USA. oF COURSE the White House is also located there and I am big fan of Obama so can't resist to meet him. Well China and Russia are great countries but still I like USA more than these countries.

Thanks!!!!!

Cheers!!!

Moscow definitely. When I was 6, my mum took me there. Since that time I love Moscow with all my heart. I have seen Moscow changing from being 6, and I should say it is different now, but it is still dear to me!!
And to those who don't like Moscow and LOVE beijing, it is your opinion. But any opinion can be presented in a polite intelligent way and with examples. But not like "Stay away from Moscow". Give us examples, please. If you say A, then say B.

If you're wealthy, Moscow. If you're middle or lower class: Washington. Moscow is a lot more fun and interesting than Washington if you're wealthy. If you're poor, living there can be completely terrible. You will live in some terrible apartment. I would never ever ever live in Beijing.

I have lived in Washington DC and really do not care for it. But I would still pick it over the other two options. Beijing is too crowded, and Moscow is waaaay too expensive. I prefer Ukraine over Russia. Kiev is where I wan to live.

Michael
Moscow, Moscow, Moscow all the way to go

Moscow is the capital of Russia but do not let that fool you. Moscow will be an exciting place for you to visit. There are museums, bars, restaurants, shops and even park and zoos. If you are looking for
something spectacular to do, visit Red Square. Some of the most famous landmarks are found in this area. It is the historical square and the oldest in Moscow. You will see the St. Basil's Cathedral domes in this area as well. You might also pay a visit to the Kremlin, which is the historical, political and spiritual heart of Moscow. If you are looking for a ballet theatre, you will find the Bolshoi Theater has some of the best Russian ballet stars ever seen.

Moscow! Moscow! My dream!
Never been to Beijing, & Washington didn't impress me much.

not washington...not very fond of the u.s (nothing towards americans, i just dont like being in america, thank you)...
beijing is soooooooooo crowded. i lived in bangalore, india for 13 months and it was hell sharing a city with 13.5 million people!!!
moscow is better but i wish you would have added st. petersburg to your list also. but ok, moscow it would be =)

Washington State

Washington.

Predominantly because I have lived in several countries and so have experience of living in another country, and of the difficulties that language/culture bring with it. For that reason then Beijing would be a challenge too far for me personally, and Washington a much easier option out of the other two.

i could give you a million reasons to not go to Moscow.
i was there for 3 months, in Moscow and living in a rented apartment. it was the most agonizing experience of my life.

i have recently just answered another question relating to moscow. stay as far away from it as possible!
Refer to the question by "Anja - How can I get a resident status in Russia? I would like to live there for at least two years...?"

You'll see my comments there about moscow.

beijing is incredible. full of trills. id go there if the exchange rate was really good - like 7 kwai. it would still be awesome either way.
