It all depends on what you are looking for: Culture; museums; architecture; history; shopping; infrastructure; personal freedom; education; wine; night life; ambiance; sunny weather; language compatability; cost of living; ease of travel; ease of living; bureaucracy; etc. Based on no other information, I would choose Madrid. |

All expensive cities to spend time in, i prefer the cheaper european cities, Krakow in Poland is very nice.
....and Croatia has it all...........Belgrade is a nice cheap city to visit also.
In Spain, i recommend Bilbao ..and the coast-line towns near-by.
