You know what ?

Some friends of mine adviced me to join an acting school, just as an amateur, and then it would be quite a fun and a bit exciting to perform some classical and contemporanean theatre plays. And I think it's interesting also because acting is also a kind of psychological work on ourselves ( I mean self-improvement) , not to mention the joy of discovering some masterpieces from the inside...
I'm seriously looking forward to start this new activity, but unfortunately my job,my family and my girl-friend already take me too much time...

Other than that, I think you can also start the learning of a new language, which is anyway always a source of spiritual pleasure...Especially a very "different" language, such as Arabic,Japanese,Russian,Hebrew,etc...
I would like to learn them someday...

A good sport which is really helpfull in life, for good health and self-defense, that I can recommend you ( unless you already do it) , is the Krav-Maga.
In less than 6 months, you will be amazed because of what this martial art can provide you...

Well before you try something new, you would want your body to be in shape to be able to endure the "something new."

So I would suggest, getting your body in shape first by going to the gym and/or getting a personal trainer.

Then you can branch off into activities such as: yoga, ballroom dancing, tennis, volleyball, rock climbing, etc.

The possibilities are endless. Good Luck!!!!

Brand new or new?

Take up swimming. Or if you want something brand new, tai chi. You can find both nearby.

Take an interest in saving the environment. Join any group developing such activity, or even act as an idividual.
There's a "May day" broadcast out there...

I'd advise anyone to go volunteer at a hospital or old folks home or orphanage!

I'd say Kickboxing. It's fun and you get your frustration out.
