Which country do you think is more better: France or England?

They are both such different countries, so it really depends on what you're looking for when you say "better."

Here I'll just focus on Paris and London - because they're where most people visit...

(But keep in mind that each country is more than just Paris or London, so there are lots of variations within each country as well).

Paris:
Louvre Museum (Mona Lisa - etc!)
Outdoor cafes (wine and cheese)
Beautiful arch ways (Arch de Triumph, etc.)
Eiffel Tower (especially at night)
Notre Dame Cathedral, and lots more!

London:
Great shopping - usually less expensive than in Paris!
Lots of pubs filled with really good beer
Friendly people - tons of diversity!
Awesome sites (Big Ben, Tower of London, Houses of Parliament, all of the famous bridges)
And the best - tea and scones at Kensington Palace!

In what way? What do you want to compare? The history, the culture, the people, the cost of life, I think is difficult to answer to your question without more details. If you want just a statistic, then count the answers, mine is FRANCE.

England definitely. There are so many art and history museums, fabulous gardens, interesting architecture/buildings, great tours (in English), Stone Henge, and a great, easy to use train system called the tube. The English aren't as rude as the French either (and I can speak French).

London is the greatest city in the world...Samuel Johnson wrote in 1774 that 'a man who is bored with London is bored with life,for there is in London all that life can afford'

and the French are horrible moaning gits!!

England....France is full of cheese-eating surrender mokeys (as according to Homer Simpson) Besides if they would stop surrendeing to Germany we wouldn't of gotten into 2 world wars and involved with vietnam if they could of handled it themselves...
