The trouble with the Eurovision song contest is that so many of the country vote on mass for another country. For example; there are loads of Greeks living on Cyprus and so Cyprus (I know that Cyprus is partly Greek anyway) always votes big for Greece. There are lots of examples of this all over Europe. With all this the best song never wins. You watch the voting on Saturday and see how it works. Actually it make for quite a good study in European Politics.

I saw the first day in Eurovision,and i liked very much The Bosnian song,and the Ukrainian.Especially for the Bosnian they used their language and that is good.

I like Malta's entry but of course I want the UK to win but I'm biased hehe. BTW Turkey and Israel are in Asia but they still take part in Eurovision.

I really don't care. I accidently had some Eurovision thingy on the other day and took absolutely no notice whatsoever. The best thing so far(and as always) is Terry Wogan taking the wotsit out of it. Last year I liked the one from, I think it was Germany. It was very Madness-esque and it was great but I think it got nil points or close to that. I think Ireland should win because I assume they are the best cos Irish are usually the only ones with an ounce of talent.

Finland! They are the purest blond race in Europe (no fake blond wannabees like the most of Europe). They are the most peaceful country in Europe. It is the safest place in Europe. And they are very very nice people. But.. the Finnish team don't look like human.

UK? They are not in Europe anyway. They should run their own show with Iceland and Greenland. Himm and Antarctica.

Cyprus? Who's next? Syria? It is only 100kms away from Syria and 600 kms from Europe. Even Kazakhstan is closer to Europe. At least it has borders with Europe.

Israel? In Europe? That's what the Iranian guy meant. Israel should be in Europe not in Arabia.

Ok my vote goes to Norway! Go Norway go!

who cares? I'm from Croatia our song is very stupid and I think we won't win. Belgium has a good song and the Finland is quite crazy. somehow out of place.

I would have liked Belgium to win, but they are out of the contest though they had a great song... It shows that the contest has nothing to do with the song anymore. I think some country of the Balcans or Eastern Europe will win as they vote for each other nowadays.

I would like Iceland to but this only cause I am Icelandic. But I know we will probably not. So I hope Ireland might win this time I like their music most the time. : )

I'm from Serbia and our song would have won, I'm sure, if we only weren't so stupid and couldn't agree which song is better Serbian or Montenegro's... Our was better "Crazy summer dance"... But at the end we aren't even in the competition this year... And I agree with person from Croatia, the words in their song have absolutely no sense but it's dynamic and I think it has good chances for winning (remember, most people don't understand Croatian, luckily for that song)

Norway's song this year isn't the best and I doubt they will come in top 10. I think there are very high chances for Iceland, Monaco or Malta.. they have typical Eurovision-rhytm songs but to be honest, you can never know since there is so much difference between LIVE performance and the recorded song..
