Bulgaria is cheapest, naturally depends where you go, what you want to do and when.
I always recommend places off the beaten track - it is surprising how little known they are! We have a sea coast, yes, but most of the country is inland and it is beautiful - mountains, lakes, river canyons, water falls, caves... Places like natural reserves, history sites and natural mineral water spa hotels. |

Turkey is also very beautiful but cheaper than Greece
Bulgaria is the cheapest but is a good choice also.
Have in mind that is better for summer to visit Greece and Turkey and at winter visit Bulgaria.. |

I would have to say bulgaria is the cheapest but I have been on holiday to all three places, I did not enjoy turkey or bulgaria in the slightest but have enjoyed every holiday I have been on to greece. (I've been there many times) If you just want some sunshine and are happy to sit by a pool, eat fry ups and burgers and chips and are not too bothered about sight seeing/local culture then turkey or bulgaria are fine but otherwise it'd be a false economy to spend money on a holiday that wouldn't be that good. (sometimes a sunlounger and some sunshine are all you need for a good holiday though!!) |
