Each answer will state that their country is the best. Fair enough as it shows people are loyal to their homeland whether it be by birth or adoption.

My answer is Australia because it is one of the most free countries in the world. It was created by the stroke of a pen and not by war. People from over 120 cultures have decided Australia gives them the best opportunity to live free and democratic.

Yes, we have our shortcomings but so do all countries but for living in peace, it must be Australia.

I believe in my own country i.e.India, is the best in the whole world. Not bcoz that Im an Indian, but it looks beautiful even from the space.When the astronaut Rakesh Sharma was in space, Indira Gandhi asked him how does India look from the space? the answer given by him was "Saare Jahaan Se Achcha, Hindustan Humara." this was an instant answer given by him.I think I dont have to give much details about this.Furthermore, many nations of the world captured India, but Indians are the people who respect others' freedom.

i think that official results from Economist magazine that cover living standards, safety etc. show that it's Iceland, although my personal favorites would be Brazil, Argentina or similar. They are not that wealthy but at least they have amazing weather all over the year and I have an impression that people from South America are generally more positive.
PS. Although I'm from Serbia, I couldn't say that it ranks high on my list, not because of standards or expenses (which i can survive) but because of the pessimism and apathy everywhere around me and I believe that you get what you think.
