each island has something different to offer the tourists. understand too that you will be paying higher prices for room, renting a car, etc since you booked last minute.

I went to zacanthos a few years ago and it was alright but a little too quiet for my liking, there wasn't a whole lot to do.. I also went to Crete last summer and loved it! Was around half an hour away from the big party place hersonisis, so I could go when i wanted that kind of scene and go back to my place when i wanted to relax. There was also a smell town near me where there was a few pubs and clubs if i wanted to just chill and not go too crazy. It depends what kinda thing your looking for really?

Really, It depends on what type of work you are looking for, party, rep, or even coast guard. But, I think that Crete would be your best option as it is the largest and most varied of all the islands. Unlike may other Greek islands, Crete has two large cities Chania and Heraklion. Crete is also one of the most popular Greek destinations; 15 per cent of arrivals in Greece come through Heraklion airport. Because of this Im sure that there will be no shortage of work as you are going to be working in peak season whether you are looking for club or any other type of work.

ACTUALLY TECHNICALLY speaking ....PELEPONISOS is the biggest isalnd in greece now... having a isthmus @corinth..its sourounded by water all around so it qaulifies as an isalnd.. just like australia .is an island.definition of an isalnd is that the land is sourounded by water on all sides with out a geograhical land bridge....other wise ....if you dont accept that!!! CRETE is the largest island in size....

Well the only one I've heard of..... at least I think it's Greek is Cos (if that's how you spell it) so if it actually is Greek... then I'm thinking it must me pretty good.
