England for me.Spent a lot of time living and working in continental Europe, Asia and Africa in the 80s and 90s, but came back here for my holidays. And not just because of the relatives either. |

I think almost every country has its charm. I'm from Spain and Spain for me is just an amazing place where you can find almost everything you look for as we have beaches, we have mountains, we have places to skii, we have modern cities, we have monuments and the people here is quite warm ( well it depends on the region and the people! lol). I've lived in the UK and I simply love it as it is like my second home and I enjoyed every minute of my life there, the people I met, the places I visited, the shops, the English way of life, everything!!! to the point that I go there on hols as much as I can. Then I've gone on hols to Italy and I came back in love with the country!!! and a few days ago I came back from my hols in Ireland, and god, Ireland is such an amazing country too, I've enjoyed so much my visit!! it was worth it! So, I love all those places I have named!! it is so difficult for me to choose a place to go on hols as I love them all!! |

I love Spain, have lived and worked there for 4 years. Seen almost all of Spain travelling by train through the country. Madrid is just a wonderful city as Barcelona, Granada and many other Spanish cities. The Scandinavian countries are my favourites too, among them of course my native country Finland. I have visited most of the European countries and actually all those countries are my favourites, as every country is beautiful and interesting in it´s own way. The more countries you visit the more you understand how beautiful our world is! |

The United Kingdom. You have everything there, arts, culture, history, wonderful people. The downside is, it's the most expensive place on earth. |

Croatia is beautiful, people are really friendly and the scenery is outstanding. I have been to the Istrian and Makarska Riviera's. From Markarska you can visit Dubrovnik, which is fabulous. The city walls walk is a must. You can also visit Split, full of history and some of the best food in Croatia. I totally recommend Croatia as it is suitable for all types, singles, couples and families. Hotels are of a good standard |

I really like Germany. I think Berlin is amazing! The main reason is because of it's recent history. |
