i think it might be russia or ukraine.

yea i think its russia i mean i went there and i mean common the practically have no age limit and beer dosne't count as an alcoholic beverage and getting wasted is part of thier usual weekend with friend hanging out in the yards or in the halls of the houses. |

I can tell that bulgarians drink a lot and unfortunately this is an alcohol with very low quality. May be we are in top 3 in europe because official researches doesnt count the homemade alcohol. And most of the people make alcohol at home which is illegal. Its sad to watch a girl for who is normal to drink 3 bottles of wine for one day and some other alcohol without getting even that drunk as she is supposed to be. Americans drink mainly beer and light alcohol but they dont drink much vodka and hard alcohol.

Actually its native americans. Its medically proven that the highest amount of alcohlism is in native americans. That doesnt mean that us mexicans dont drink alot, lol. Or any other race for that matter, i have a friend whos irish and that guy can out drink anyone. |
