English, German, Italian (sufficient to very good command of the language), also speak a little bit and understand some other languages (French f.ex).
In school...English and French. There are many private schools for learning foreign languages in Greece.
As for now: kids start English at the 3d grade of Primary School and a second one, most luckily French, at the 1st grade of Middle School (3-4 y. later).
[They have the option of another foreign lang. at the start of their High School studies, they have the option of German, Italian, Spanish). |

French (the first foreign language I was taught at school here in Greece), English, German (at an intermediate level) and some Turkish. My mother tongue is Greek.
Zoi has explained how foreign languages are taught, most children learn English first, but there are some schools which teach French or German as a first foreign language. There are also bilingual schools. |

English is my first language. I used to be fluent in Spanish as a kid, but it's almost entirely gone now. I can converse fairly well in Russian and in French. I speak a tiny bit of Hindi (thanks, Dad!). |

Greek is my native language.
I started learning English at 7 and at 13 i got my certifacate.
Since then I only use English to forums like these and to my travellings abroad.
We also started learning another language as second, which was German, but I really disliked it so I only know the very basics.
I am learning by myself Spanish and Korean, but I am still a beginner |
