I've never been to Izmir I'd like to see this city someday :p btw, Ipek K is right she has never been to the prince islands. Therefore, she needs to make some plans to get there this summer

I also haven't been to the Prince Islands... I need to go there...

but the number one place I'm dying to see in Turkey is Capadoccia...

After that probably a beach city like Bodrum (mainly for the parties haha)

Id love to go to the Prince Islands... All the summers I spent with my babaanne in Istanbul and I never got to go... Next on my list is Karadeniz region and skiing in Uludag! There is no better place on earth than Turkey :)

i would love to see istanbull and go ski-ing to uladag. ive been to kusadasi going back in june, then in october im off to kemer.. I think its a fantastic country to visit.

I want to see Konya I have never been there.
Ipek K ; I grew up in Prince islands, they are beautiful ,my grand parents has house over there and their grave side too. I'll be there this summer with my cousin to visit them. Enjoy and have fun in summer vacation.

There are not such many places that i havent gone to because ive seen most parts for a short time but there are really many places that i wanted to go and see again... for example, Uludağ, Marmaris, Konak, Ayvalık and north coasts, maybe a hundred of districts...

Top of my "like to see" list, is occupied by Urfa. But Prince Island would get in my list, just for the sake of joining you. Only one obstacle stands on my way though. My "thalassophobia". You know I can't swim, and I hate ships, so I can't make it to an island. Unless you drug me before getting on the ship of course, like they would do to "B.A. Baracus" in the A-team.

I've visited almost all region of Turkey. Especially i saw the islands in Istanbul. Because i attended Navy High School in Heybeliada 4 years. (i advise to be visited Prince islands).

I saw not only istanbul, ankara, izmir but also blacksea, southeast of Turkey. It depends on what you want to see on your holiday plans. But according to me i advise you not to visit west or south side of Turkey I especially advise to be seen Blacksea region. Rize, Sinop, Trabzon, Amasra, Hopa etc.

If you persist to see west side, then you may go to Izmir. Because it's near to Çeşme, Kuşadası, Foça, Bodrum, Marmaris.

Mediterranean part of Turkey. I have never been there which is a shame really. :)
And surprisingly I have been in Prince Islands although it was just for two days. :)
And when it comes to your "offer"; didn't you promise me for this summer? Hmm.... :P

I'd love to see any region other than the southwest of Turkey. I think I've visited every mountain village and city in that area that it's time for a change :) I'd also like to visit Istanbul because I never got to see the entire city, considering I only visit the city for 3 days at a time.

Whole Turkey. I just know Istanbul, but I love the whole country.
But to say some certain place I like to see the most, probably the capital city, Ankara: a lot of people say that is quite ugly, but a lot of them say it's very beautiful altough not as historical as Istanbul. I see some pics of Ankara and I think the city is very nice, but I want to see it with my own eyes.
I also would like to see Izmir and it's greek ruins around (Ephesus for example)
And... to say a certain city less westernised, probably Diyarbakir, or Konya and Kayseri, that I think are richer but traditional too (I mean, less liberal or cosmopolitan as Istanbul, I think that people of these cities are more traditional than people from Istanbul, Ankara or Izmir, at least that is what the tour guides say)

EDIT: hEY Silly User of Yahoo Answers :), (what a long naaaameee!!! :p) on a question I ask some weeks ago (What are the most beautiful cities in Turkey as well as Istanbul, or something like it) one of the anwerers said that Ankara is one of the ugliest places of Turkey. I'm think not agree, 'cause alotugh I've never been in Akara, all pics I've seen are nice, altough, well, it is not Istanbul, of course ;P, but it seems to be neat and nice.

Although my husband is Turkish he has never really visited anywhere in his own country. Last year I made him act like a tourist for a day and we went up Mount Nemrut. I have been to a few places in Turkey but I really want to go to Pamukkale (sp), but I would be happy to go anywhere. I'd love to go with you :)

Turkey is such a vast country and I haven't seen much except for the coastal areas of the Med. I would like to visit all the Black Sea areas and go inland eastwards!
