The Armenian song was crap. (No offence, reasonable Armenians, but it was!)
I personally think, the legal or illegal Armenian workers here voted for their country. You know, we have about 70,000 of them. 70,000 votes is quite something.
And we must be allright with this, too. After all, who are the majority of Turkey voters in Germany? Turks, of course. |

I'm not happy with the fact that our 12 points went to armenia. they d,d not deserve it. i personally voted for both Russia and Slovenia which i think were the best. but armenia was not even good.
if they really had the greatest song and we gave 12 points, that would be fine. but with that song, they should have got 12 points from anywhere. sorry
but if we see from another point, Germany gives 12 points to turkey for i don't know how many years. obviously Germans do not vote for Turkey every year. and it is the same, Turks do not vote for armenians but they get 12 points |

Yes, I gave my vote to Armenia, because I'm an Armenian of Turkey ( and I didn't have the right to vote for Turkey) And in various countries also many Turks gave their vote to Turkey (That's why Germany gave 12 points to Kenan).
I feel sad ...Politics shouldn't be somixed with music...
However , I thank all the Turks who voted for Armenia..

I hated this song...Not because it was armenian. Simply because it was bad...
I didn't understand why so many people voted for this bad song...They didn't deserve 12 points.
Armenia participates to the Contest for 2 years, and they got 12 points;each year, from the same country, Turkey.
Last year they had a good song, but this year it was really bad.
I don't know why people of Turkey voted so much for Armenia.
Maybe they just wanted to send a message.
But Armenians don't care, they don't pay attention, they just take the points and they keep attacking us on the medias...
Did Kenan got at least 2 points from Armenians ? NO...
Even if Armenians would love Turkey song, they would never have given something to us...
They think they are more europeans than us, because they are christians. It's unfair...
I just hope Armenians will open their eyes soon...They refuse to see that Turks are honest and true...

I did not like the song either..and I asked the same question to myself. Since its mostly political as u said too, maybe Turkish people were making a gest without caring about how bad the song was. Thats a very precious thing to do esp when it is so apparent that the song really sucked..!
