The Macedonians are Serb supporters deep inside and their true colors come out when they attacked the US embassy in Skopje when the brave freedom fighters of the NLA were defending Albanian land around Tetova and causing heavy losses to the Macedonian forces. You can tell a lot about a character of someone when they are under pressure by their actions and that action tells you that they only respect the Albanians because they fear them and that is it also they are AntiAmerican by nature and Serb supporters. But Serbia has turned ther backs on them and Greece hates their guts. We Albanians do not trust Skopje.

Macedonians and Serbs are practiclly the same people-Orthodox Slavs,and there is nothing you pathetic bastards can do about it! We will always be together.Not to mention that you wanted to take part of Macedonia,so you just made our bond stronger...

Because we are Orthodox religion. They are my brothers and sisters, of Orthodox Faith, form the South. And you also forgot Greece and Russia.

Because Macedonians will do anything to show they are not Bulgarians and because Serbs don't like Bulgarians.
Macedonia was an artificially made country and will always be. It is part of Bulgaria, although any Macedonian from "Macedonia" would tell you the opposite.

Macedonians are a transition between Serbs and Bulgarians, with Greek influences as well. So, Macedonians are very closely related (to Serbs) south Slavs, who were influenced by Byzantine culture, shared a common destiny under the Turks, and are Orthodox Christian.

In response to your question, Macedonians mostly like Serbs because of all the peoples around them, the Serbs have done least damage to them and have helped them in some ways (e.g. liberated them from the Turks). Bulgarian (Pirin) Macedonia is 100% Bulgarian, and Greek (Aegean) Macedonia has a Slavo-Macedonian minority which doesn't have many linguistic or national rights. Only the Serbian part of greater Macedonia, the so-called Vardar Macedonia, became independent, and only there were Slavo-Macedonians permitted to cultivate such an ethnic identity (partly due to Tito, partly due to less aggressive assimilationist policies than under the Bulgarians and Greeks).

Bulgaria has pretensions for Vardar Macedonia and invaded in WWI and WWII and perpetrated atrocities. Greece has issues with the name. Albanians started conflict in the early 2000s, and were on the Axis side in WWII against Slavs in the region. Albanians have also cleansed out Macedonians from western Macedonia and demolished buildings and churches (e.g. Lesok). Serbia recognizes Macedonia and Serbs by and large either accept Macedonians as an ethnic group or view them as an offshoot of Serbs and sympathize with them. The only real source of conflict is the Serbian vs. Macedonian Orthodox church and rights over religious sites (many churches and monasteries from the 1300s in Macedonia were built by the Serbs, e.g.), but this is not a huge issue.
