Thank you for your opinion. It's nice to hear that we are not the worst nation that is trying to overpower UK or any other country, like suggested by other Yahoo Q/A member.
What do Polish people think of Indian people? I would say that quite the same. Of course it depends who you meet in your life, but you're a really calm, nice and interesting nation.
To Polish people your culture may sometimes seem exotic, but it's always nice to gain some new knowledge. I wish you good luck in your studies!
Dziekuje (: jeankuyar)

Yes i agree with you but maybe thats only because i'm polish and i know some polish people in the UK and they r nice 2

I agree with you. My family's Polish and I've been around many older Polish people, and they are very nice.

Not all Polish people are nice, though. Some Polish guys I see in my high school swear a lot and they do act pretty mean. There are also quite a few racists that I see and it's a shame that some people think that way.

ADRIANW
Well Polaks are hard working people and they want to live life in a good way. We really like to be kind so we don't have to be judged in a bad way. I have 1 indian friend in my hs and he is cool.

Sometimes it can be annoying . . .

In germany, I know poles who try to be more german than the germans.

Some poles don't want to talk about their past life in poland.

All of the seem to work really hard to be accepted.

I have several good friends who are poles. I have worked with kids in basketball who have polish backgrounds. My sister in law is a pole.

The polish kids who I have work with in basketball are good basketball players.

it's hard to say why ,but maybe they have to work so hard for the living, the past wasn't so nice for polish people and is through polish people are w=very hard working ,I heard this everywhere maybe because they approciate more what they have.I'm sorry I haven't meet any people from India -most the people I work they are philipins-they are diffrent-really.

Hi Anil! I'm glad you've had such happy experiences with those you've met. But to be realistic, Poles can not be any different from any other group of people. Just don't be disappointed if you encounter a Polish person who is not so nice. But you sound like such a sweet person, perhaps those you meet are reacting to your personality. Take care, dear one.

I've never met a friendly Polish person, they all have been racist to me and my friends. I know a policewoman who told me how extremely racist they are, so we can't all be wrong! I'm glad for you that you found pleasant Polish people, that's rare in the UK. I don't have anything against them and am not racist, but i judge people on how they behave like anybody would. My Greek fiancè has worked in Poland when he had his shipping company and he saw first hand the extreme racism there. Indian people are friendly anyway, i have many that are friends of mine! To Amber A - I do know what i'm talking about and i can't lie of what we have experienced here in the UK by Polish people. Go ask any police officer here how many racist incidents they have been involved in. I would prefer to have had positive experiences but sadly i haven't and i can only speak from experience. I have a right like anybody to voice my opinion and you can't say i don't know anything when you haven't experienced the same things. It shows how narrow minded you are and you prove to me again that Poles have no manners!
