Serbians were judged and found guilty of genocide by an international court, lady s.
Bosnians were the victims. It's really sad that you should use the name of those victims in this manner. |

how about serbians killing many kosovars because they were muslims? how about Serbia being influenced by the orthodox church for many years which taught Serbians to hate anyone that is different? before you go judge someone elses religion how about you examine your own? only then you will avoid sounding so foolish and hypocritical.

The War against Bosnia was illegal from the start. Bosnia had independece and was recognized. I didn't hear that anyone(country wise) supported it. They illegaly crossed into bosnia breaking the law. Bosnia was defenceless and would accept help from any1 "Beggers can't be choosers". Some did commit crimes of war but it can't be compared to serbian war crimes which were much greater.Democratic are you joking Serbs(serbia, and the seperatist bosnak serbs) were facists , bosnia was a democratic country at that time.
predravg (or watever) ur always blaming problems on the west (without any proof ) when in reality it's just the divesity here thats become our achilles heel. Balkans is a place of diffrent people with similar culture and traditions. People just refuse to see those similarities because their hard headed and proud. The problem is the nationalist politicians spreading hate. unity is the only thing that will save bosnia and the balkans. America 4 example has many diffrent races and people. we could us their method and unite and hate a diffrent group of people/ kind of what ur doing( they are hating middle easterns at the moment).
BtW. Bosnia was recognized by the E.U and the U.N in May 22 1992. Republic day / see that below thats called proof wheres yours ??

There is a 30% albanian minority in albania and majority of albanians could care less about religon.THe fact is the serbian churches in Kosova where bulit by Albanian catholics who then had them burned by serbian nationalists like the church of dusan which inside you will find paintings of albanians and serbs.During the Kosova war in 1998 Albanians did not fight for religon or Allah because 50% of the kla was catholic or other. The use of religon in the kosova war is propoganda by serbian nationalism which tried to make Albanians seem as if they where actual muslim terroritsts when the fact is for 500 years albania fought against turks and dfeneded rome as Illyrians Constantine the great was Illyrians and he was catholic war is war Albania did not use Allah or any other religon to fight. We fought in the name of Albania not allah.Turks never helped albanians ever.As for bosnia they did use islam as a force for war they are the real islamic fighters.THey got funding from Turks and Arabs albanians did not get one cent even now that kosova is independent all the muslim states are refusing to accept kosova as a independent state. |

The background to the wars lies in the incomplete emergence of nation-states on the fringes of the Ottoman Empire during the 19th century. Serbians had gained substantial territory during the Russo-Turkish War, 1877–1878, while Greece acquired Thessaly in 1881 (although it lost a small area to the Ottoman Empire in 1897) and Bulgaria (an autonomous principality since 1878) incorporated the formerly distinct province of Eastern Rumelia (1885). All three as well as Montenegro sought additional territories within the large Ottoman-ruled region known as Roumelia, comprising Eastern Roumelia, Albania, Macedonia, and Thrace (see map).
Turkey was part of the greater Ottoman Empire and was persecuted by it's bigoted christian neighbors. |

Hello my Dear Lady S.
am Agnostic, so i don't believe in God...
please don't try making Christians the innocent ones because they aren't... Serbians where actually treating Islamics barbarically.
any humans who has been treated violently would have a scary reaction...this is nature sweety.
so just ignore religions because all religions teach that they are the right ones and the others are wrong blah blah. |

Hey, what a show of monsters :) I welcome all the thumbs down, here :)
Of course Turkey would support anything Turkish-like in the ex Turkish land. Why would you assume otherwise? That is politics.
Totally Blunt gave us a really sad answer. The Hague Court is a political court. Since it is run in that manner, of course it was to accuse not only individual Serbs, but as you say entire Serb nation because the Serb as nation in Yugoslavia lost the war and those who won it are the judges, right? The genocide issue only refers to Srebrenica, but that does not matter to your cause. I will go back to the Srebrenica issue in my answer to Dado.
Bosniaks are the official victims in Bosnia. All Bosnians are the victims of the war created by Germany and USA. It is sad that you address Serbs (Serbian Serbs and Bosnian Serbs) for the Bosniak tragedy of having lost population on a 2:1 ratio against Bosnian Serbs.
The true tragedy was the creation of the war itself, not the tragic to Bosniaks outcome. I bet that if Bosnian Serbs had lost the ratio, you wouldn’t have called that a tragedy.
Haifa, the actuality of reality was that all sides were treating each other barbarically. Don’t forget that there was a war going on :) In the Bosnian war, we should rather say that those who created the war are the guilty barbarians, and not the people who were caught in it. We can only differentiate between war crimes and war crimes not, once the tragedy is set. There were war crimes on all sides, when ethic boundaries swing back and forth. War crimes are in the nature of every living person found in any war. It is just a matter of provoking it to the level of perpetration, being that the famous “following orders” or self initiated.
Buddhism does not teach that it is the right religion, neither do Pagan religions unless having the Monotheist seed. Only Monotheist religions teach that they are the right ones :)
Dado, ccc, joj Dado what have they done of you poor young man.
“The War against Bosnia was illegal from the start.”
Bosnian war was a civil war fought inside of Bosnia.
“Bosnia had independece and was recognized.”
The declaration of independence of Bosnia was illegal. This bullied prime illegality consequentially led to an escalation of events which led to catastrophe. You must have learned in elementary school that it is important to follow school rules because otherwise things become a classroom anarchy.
“I didn't hear that anyone(country wise) supported it.”
You were too young back then. USA and Germany supported it openly. They corrupted international organs and applied ferocious diplomatic pressure upon other members of UN, toward their political goals.
“They illegaly crossed into bosnia breaking the law.”
Exactly. Croatia crossed into Bosnia. Many countries supported Bosniaks with deploying weapons to them (which was officially illegal.) Serbia supported Bosnian Serbs, but believe me, if Serb soldiers had crossed into Bosnia to the extent you are most probably referring to, Serbia would have been grounded by nukes and would be a dessert today.
“Bosnia was defenceless and would accept help from any1 "Beggers can't be choosers".
I have no idea what you are trying to say.
“Some did commit crimes of war but it can't be compared to serbian war crimes which were much greater.”
In terms of greatness, we should contemplate the qualitative and quantitative aspect. The Srebrenica massacre committed by Naser Oric (1000-1500) was greater than the Srebrenica massacre committed by Ratko Mladic (5000-10000) because not only showed the involvement of UN, but was a deliberate strategic movement meant to create response of Ratko Mladic. In this sense, the quantitative greatness of the two war crimes when compared, is insignificant. After all, part of the Bosniak strategy against Serbs was creating victims of their own people, as we can see with Vase Miskina, Markale and Srebrenica. This “official victim” strategy was efficient when creating the necessary picture of Serbs needed to draw the masses to send their government troops against Serbs.

“Democratic are you joking Serbs(serbia, and the seperatist bosnak serbs) were facists , bosnia was a democratic country at that time.”
Is that how they teach you in USA schools about separatism, fascism and democracy? |

ugh i have no idea. im turkish and our government does senseless stuff all the time, so im just trying to get used to it. im really sorry for all those churches that were burnt down, but dont forget this. the balkan wars took place in the 1912s, and turkey wasnt even turkey back then. we officially became the turkish republic in 1923, so in the time of the balkan wars, the country youre talking about was the ottoman empire, the strictly religous, turban wearing ottoman empire. so, the 2 countries are really seperate. |
