Iranians and Arabs are very similar also in culture and in their alphabet. Turks are similar to them because they came from those countries and then settled in the place they live now. There are many similar Turkish and Arab words and 100 years ago Turks used to use the Arabic alphabet

No, I'm just curious as to why you would spend so much time on trying to prove that you hate not just Turks, but everyone else?

Did your Arab father hit you when you were little? Did a Turkish gay man made you realize that you were gay but then rejected you? Was there an Armenian kid who made fun of you at school?

And yes we have big similarities since we're all from the same region, you should also include Greeks in there who behaviorally are almost the same as us. I don't see what's bad about having similarities any race actually. I don't see how it's POSSIBLE not to have similarities with neighboring countries.

EDIT- Baris we share our biggest similarities with Armenians actually, if you'd been to Armenia you'd know that. Hell the way they walk on the street is exactly the same as Turks. And we actually look alike. And Armenia was under Ottoman rule for around 300 years or so. I guess you didn't know that huh? As you say it so dearly.
I forgot to add that Iran (Persia) was never under Ottoman rule.
No animosity Baris I was just reciprocating your attitude towards Keyser. But you have to acknowledge that almost all of Ottoman "satellites" (I really want to say colonies actually) were under autonomous government. That is what characterizes the Ottoman rule. I know they were barbarians but you have to take in account that actually the Ottoman Empire had some very good points, one of them letting minorities have their own leaders. In short Armenia was, just like Albania or Macedonia, under Ottoman rule.

The Ottomans did not slaughter Armenians out of thin air, it was during a war (there was also the Bloody Sultan case but that's another story, he killed everyone not just Armenians). I really don't see your definition of independence, Armenia WAS in fact under Ottoman rule, with out without the autonomous government. Seriously what do you think autonomous government means anyway? They are far from independent, there is a center governing body which is in Istanbul, so they are tied to the Ottoman Empire who in turn controled them. I'd really like to think you were an Armenian trying to defend your country but you don't talk like an Armenian, at least they get the facts right. And what you keep saying is beside the point, in your own way you have agreed (possibly just learned) that Armenia was under Ottoman rule and are trying to divert the discussion to take it into your hands. I'm sorry I have made my point and I don't see the use in keeping up with this. In short:
-Armenia was under Ottoman rule with lots of freedom accorded to them
-Ottomans were cruel heartless bastards who did a lot massacres not only to minorities but to Turks as well (may I remind you the state the Anatolian Turks were in? And how calling someone a Turk became an insult in the royal palace?)
-But compared with other heartless cruel bastard Empires they had good sides that let them accord some level of freedom to religious minorities (until they started to proclaim more)

they all come from very male-dominated cultures and they have similar origins, although they try very hard to find differences between each other. Quite stuck in hating each other too, not realising the rest of the world doesn't care about it and that they'd be better off working together. I speak from experience, I come from the Balkans. Just let them be.

Those are some random books I have in my bibliography, that contane info about the ethnographie of Asia Minor, Anatolia and they also refere to folks like Arabs, Persians etc.
I haven't read those books.

Take out the Armenians out of that equation as they are Christian. Even so I feel it is not fair towards Iran and the Arabs, even the Turks, to be placed in the same group with the Albanians.
