They look for a safe and clean place to bring up chilren. Even birds don't make nests on the railway but choose a stout tree. They know what it's like to be a child in Russia. It's not their own will. It's an instinct. Some of this kind of girl even don't want to meet with Russian guy! With ANY of them! And they can't be accused, you can't accuse a rain for being wet. The other Question is why don't foreighn women maryy a lot of Russian men (not all of them are drunks, really) . I think it's because a stereotype that a man must be more successful and richer than a woman otherwise he's a gigolo. A less successful woman is not a gigolo for a rich man.
oh yes, Misathropist is right, some women prefer women |

No offense, but (f). Let's leave the generalizations at "Russian women prefer men." |

Because some so-called west-european men are pleased to believe it, mainly when women in their own country don't like them -

They are like most of the women in your country cort. They like money and they use every way they can to get them. Not all Russian women are like that though, most of the ones I met were less greedy than the women of your country. |

Most likely if the are the type of girl who goes after foreign men, they would be B, C.
Didn't happen in Russia but in Hungary, my 24 year old son was taken on a long, slow journey into hell with his Hungarian girlfriend that became his "green card" wife.
they were divorced only 2 months after she got the all clear with US imigration having her green card and working permitSS number etc.
It only took him 3 years of sending her money from the states and then actually catching her kissing another man in front of him to wake up from his dream.
good luck
(I am married to a Hungarian myself for more then 34 years and have Russian relatives so not trying to put them down, just you asked for the facts. Have learned the hard way that most "nice" girls don't want to leave their country to marry and not see their family again. they have problems if they want to leave that badly.) |

I agree with g) because you've been dumped by a Russian woman. |

B, C, & D. Many Russian women opt to marry foreigners for the purpose of escaping their current circumstances. The thought of accomplishing that combined with traveling to a (for them) foreign country only makes it more appealing. |

Yea I'm gonna have to go with F.
Unlike the US there is a lot of travel in Russia, depending on what part of the country you live, some people go to Europe quite often. So the chances of a woman to marry a foreigner are a lot greater then that of an American woman. (this is excluding the fact that there are a ton of immigrants in US, i mean people who still live in a foreign country) |

Actually, you should look at statistics before posing this question. Look at the total number of Russian women of marriable age. Subtract those who are single, and devide the rest between two categories 1) married to a Russian/Russian speaking man and 2) married to a foreigner/non-Russian speaker. You will realize that number of women in category 1 is much much greater.
There are different things that drive a woman towards marirage. A successful, career-safe and financially stable woman such as myself, for example, will marry for one and only reason - mutual love. Russian girls are beautiful and smart in their majority, and know how to take care of themselves AND their man, so perhaps some marry the foreigners because foreigners chose THEM? I, personally, do not discriminate and don't put men into "nationality, religion, ethnicity" boxes, but it goes without saying that I will, as I did in the past, chose a Russian man over another if I love him, no matter how much money, looks etc. a foreign man may have,. |
