PS - Turkey is part of Europe and Israel is politicaly part of Europe (not geographic) because of political reasons.
If you would know, the neighbours of Israel are enemies and don't recognize the existence of Israel.
Because Europe wants to be the example of democracy, freedom, civilization and good manners, welcome Israel in some some organizations, like TV broadcasting, sport federations, etc etc |

eurovision allows turkey and israel to participate because both nations have a strong history and acceptance of european values.turks have a long history in southern europe and anatolia,they are part of european history and have accepted european life.its not perfect everywhere ofcourse,but turkey as nation and people meet the criteria to be in europe,so thats why they are 'allowed' to participate.maybe u should be asking why russia is allowed to participate? or cyprus? do they pass your opinion of being 'european'?
what makes u more european than a turk or jew OP?
