the reason is the turksih people themselves. they are content with the lives of villages, they do not work to clean their enviornment but rather they leave it be. i understand this as their culture, turkey is also probably so poor becasue grown men and women retire at 45 and sit off of government funds for the rest of their lives, sad. and a large population, but low education rate as well as low work quality.
