Why should Euro coins represent any image of a country that is not a member of the EU, and uses a different currency? |

Turkey is not a member-state of EU and euro is not her currency |

because euro centes are too small to draw a country like Turkea on them, and Turkea is not a eu member, neither in Europe, so yeah.. |

Do you want the obvious reason? or Do you want your intented reason to be out? or Do you want to protest because Turkey isn't on the map?
1. Euro is the currency of the EU, some designer or people on the inside don't like Turkey and are willing to show it even if they change the map of Europe for their petty geographical squables.
2. Do you want to gloat over the fact that Turkey isn't in the EU?
3. Take it up with the administration. |

Well obviously you want to emphasize on the fact that Turkey (wth is Turkea?"Tourkia" maybe?) is not in Europe. Ok that is not something new. There there, I can see that some answerers like to avail themselves of this question to write over and over again : "TURKEY IS NOT IN EU HOW DARE YOU SAY DAT!" I mean this is what I deduce from their style.
Anyway, let me clarify the issue for you as a Turk, Turkey is not in EU. Even if we become a member of EU, we will never be "European". You will never see a Turk boasting about being European since the word does not inspire us very much.
What does Greece has to do with Turkey? You should ask this question in Turkey section. |

Turkey's map is not on the new eurocents, and so what ? |

A lot of European countries are not included in the old (are there new coins made??) .coins
The map is legible (can be seen clearly) only on 1 and 2 Euro coins. The maps on the others are tiny.
Turkey is included on bank notes!!! |

Good question. They have Belarus on the map but not Turkey. Is Belarus a member of EU or with a better economy or democracy than Turkey? This is just another example of European hypocricy. Some western countries act like that often. And in order to add the map of Cyprus, they pulled the island hundreds of miles to the west lol :)))))))) |

There is no new design yet and there probably never will be as the Euro cent will be no more in a year or two. |
