if this question needs an answer,,,turkey is a secular country ,,and its government is like a prism of 7 lights dispersed,,it chooses which one according to which state it deals,,,kurds r denyed rights in thier own country,,polite to eu and major powers like us ,,,,moderate and rough with armenians,,tough and hard on solution regarding cyprus,,and greece is a historic enemy with some politeness,,islamists suppressed ,if turkey really wants peace and prosperity ,,let it unite internally before thinking of eu ,,and the a hole who thinks he is cool ,,i think we know what honor of a woman is which certainly u lack ,,ask your wife,,i think she is getting it from soemwhere else inside turkey,,,,u guys know what u do ,,,even donkeys u dont let them go,, bull hole below me tosun,,welid gahba ,,sakar famouk ya neik omuk ,,i see turk men r nicely represented,,sexually perverts

I think what you are trying to say is Turkish people are bigots for not answering a Greek question. Just wanted to clarify that for you just in case they didn't get your message.

And to answer your question a Turk is a Turk, but we will have to wait and see.

Alarm- we all know he is a dictator um I mean president and we no his name is ghoul, I mean gul. No one mentioned any names here but someone mentioned his wife is Muslim. Nothing bad will happen to Turkey. We are a secular country and we will stay that way.
Kindness i think something that should be done together. Two, three... i mean more than one part is needed to have a good realtionship. (if someone is kind all alone that won't mean anything) I hope that in the future countries' goals will not be destroying eachother but connecting.
About EU: Although in the media they try to show it like Turkey wants to enter in EU so badly in reality Turkish people don't really care about it. Plus Turkey is one of the rare countries in the world ( according to The Economist Annual report 2006) that has enough sources to live without getting any help from another country.

If you ask my personal opinion i wish an utopia like no borders happy people, happy nature, happy animals etc but i know that i am way too optimistic:)

Let me en light you some -
Turkish people are much more worried than you, us or everybody else, about their new president and his future actions
They all hope that he ll keep his oath and promises to the Turkish constitution
And believe me, no one wants Turkey to go back 100 years!
Not Turkish people, nor Greeks or anyone-

Lets all hope that Gul will stand on his duty and keep the secular characteristic of state

And not answering your question means that they dont have really much to say about Gul, they are waiting to see his future actions as we do-

Only Gul knows his true intentions

besides, lets look our inner situation now - we have elections ahead, lets concentrate to vote right, not to face bigger disasters in future

He will be nice to the neighbor countries.Turkey will not just remain secular but also its democracy and economy will develop no matter who is in charge.
He will try to do his best as about European Union.
PS I will not make a judgment about him but to hate or try to humiliate Muslims shows what kind of human beings some users are.

The new Prime Minister of Turkey is the present one: Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Turkey has a "new" President: Abdullah Gul.
I think this just shows how much you know about Turkey.
Alana, Turkey would rather lose UN membership than recognize something that did not happen. Put this into your pretty head please.
And by the time Turkey fulfills all the obligations for EU membership, she will probably decide not to join a union of ignorant bigots.

Personally not being a citizen of Turkey but being a fairly good expert on Turkey foreign relations I would say it depends what kind of denier this one is. He has to recognize the Armenian genocide, and free Cyprus to get in, what do you think Turkey's chances are now?
