If you really want to do something original, cheap (18 euros) but unforgettable, I suggest the outdoor park "France Miniature". You will see all the French monuments in miniatures: cathedrales, churches, castles, famous sightseeings from North to South and from East to West of France.
It's a 2/3 hours outdoor visit.
It's located 20 miles west of Paris with easy commute.

Chez George's underground bar, in Odeon/St Germain.
The ancient underground grave yard too is fasinating.
