Any good websites to help with moving to france?
looking to move to the south of france, marseille, montpellier, toulousse area, was wondering if anyone knew of any good info sites or forum where people can share info, thanks
Try this website which applies all over France, but as there are many English speaking people in the south, it has a lot of relevance: http://the-languedoc-page.com/expat/expat-foyer-expat-forums.htm
Alternatively, if you can read French, try the local paper, which is good for buying and selling: http://www.midilibre.com/accueilml.html
Have a good move :-)

A lot of the web sites tend to be very local - contact the local tourist information offices for the areas you are interested in and ask them - they are a mine of information. The cities you mention are all relatively expensive property wise, bear in mind the strong regional winds in the South of France such as the Mistral and La Tromante. We moved in March last year and finally found a house to buy in July. One thing that can help a lot is to get The Connexion newspaper or / and The French News, both english language for lovers of France. Loads of useful hints and tips in both

I find that books are much better, more informative. I think Rough Guide is the best

You can google: places to retire in Europe
*** I noticed that France was one of the lower cost of living destinations for people from other countries.
