Hotel Mecur in La Defense is somewhere around that price - It's a short 5 stop Subway ride to the center of Paris. It's clean and is kind of layed out like an Embassy Suites or Doubletree, where there is a couch in one room and in a connected room is the bedroom. There is also a small kitchenette in the room.

There are so many Hotels in Paris like Allegro Hotel Paris, France Eiffel & So many hotels where the charges are below $130.

At Allegro Hotel the Single room charge is around $100, for double room itâ€™s around $115 and this hotel is a 3 star hotel. Also itâ€™s a nice hotel, where you can stay. There are also few more hotels below this range. You can find more information from http://www.a1parishotels.com/

The Hotel St. Andre des Artes is very centrally located at 66 rue St. Andre des Artes in the 6th arr. A double will cost you 85 Euros with breakfast included in the price. I've been using this hotel for almost 35 years. Its simple but very pleasant.

Greyhound La Tua Cantante

When I was in Paris I stayed at Modern Hotel Val Girard.
It wasn't any thing fancy but it was clean and nice. It a 3 star hotel and the people were very friendly. There is a complimentary breakfast with croissants, coffee, baguette, etc. The cost was 60 euros ($80) a night per person. You can see the Tour Eiffel from the front door of the hotel. The peole at the hotel also speak some english.
